Tourte Lorraine

For those of you on a Riesling kick at Gen Con, here's Tourte Lorraine.

Here's the list of ingredients:
- 250g flaky pastry (top)
- 250g shortcrust pastry (bottom)
- 250g pork
- 250g veal
- 20cl Riesling
- 2 shallots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 twigs of thyme
- 4 cloves
- salt, pepper
- Four spice (a mixture of ground pepper (white, black, or both), cloves, nutmeg and ginger)
- Fresh parsley
- 100g cream
- 2 eggs (1 yellow + 1 whole egg)
- Nutmeg

The recipe is at the above link. It's in French but not very hard to understand.
