Does the GB stand for Great Britain, Geek Boy, Glorious Bastard or something else?
It's just the prosaic Great Britain I'm afraid, so as to distinguish me from platypus boy Steve Darlington with whom I share initials and a web zine. Glorious Bastard sounds good though. Maybe I should start rapping:
"GB coming at ya
Ain't no Geek Boy, ..."
Can you play any instruments and if so, which ones?
Nope. I failed the recorder at the age of eight and it's been downhill ever since. I was kicked out of music lessons for singing and I can't carry a tune in a bucket. Does the pink piccolo count?
What's your favorite new RPG? Favorite old RPG?
My favourite new RPG is
My favourite old rpg is ... I don't know. I've had the best times playing Call of Cthulhu probably but that's because the game provides the focus for good play rather than good rules. It's more about who I was playing with rather than what we were playing.
What's the coolest thing you've ever seen while walking down the street?
Damn. That's a hard one. I'd be tempted to say Terry Gilliam, in Villiers St near where I work. One of my earliest memories, I was about 2, was finding this old gnarled root in the street. The bark had been largely stripped off leaving bright read streaks around the twisted white wood. Well, I was impressed. I wouldn't be surprised if my mum still has it on the mantlepiece next to her great-great uncle's skull.
Invisibility or Flight?
Flight. Invisibility's pretty good for supercrimes and stalking but I've promised to use my powers for good.
If you want to be interviewed, just ask for it. I will probably say no! But if I say yes, I will ask you five questions and you'll post your answers in your blog and offer to interview other people.
