Go Canada!

Hi Canucks and happy Canada Day! There's a big show on in Trafalgar Sq, highlighting all that's good about Canada, or at least attempting to draw in the tourists. Canada House is right on the square in case you didn't know.

We saw Canada Day celebrations the time we were in Toronto. It was a some kind of funpark on the outskirts of town. We had some decent fish & chips and sat by the lake watching the fireworks. The only disappointment for me was that I never saw a Mountie.

So I've got my flag and I visited some of the stalls. I teased Québec for having all theirs in English and entered a competition to go to the Montréal Comedy Festival.

I was hoping to score some poutine but no luck.
