With Sugar on top

The big news today at BERR was of course that Sir Alan Sugar is joining our department as Enterprise Czar. And with the news that we might be merged back with DIUS we were wondering if we would become BERRI US, or perhaps Department for Apprentices.

Trinity restaurant in Clapham make Valrhona chocolate pots, except they are more like chocolate bowls. There's a decent blob of creamy vanilla ice cream and then more chocolate than any one person should eat in one sitting, especially after pigs trotters and venison wellington.
