Accomodation for Gen Con? Why not buy a house?

With the burst property bubble and the massive foreclosure wave that has swept across much of the poorer northern states, it's now possible to buy a house in Indy for less than $1000 and given the hotel prices, this seems almost a viable alternative.

Presumably rents are very low too. Can you get one for a week?
