Jetlag licked

Last year I took Ralf's advice and didn't eat on the flight, then slept for a couple of hours after I got home, then ate immediately after getting up, to reset my clock. I was a bit woozy that day but coped. This year I did the same, except that I did eat on the flight but it still worked fine.

I find that just looking after yourself works the best -- eat (non-stodgy foods), drink, sleep. Getting up at the right time and getting some sunshine helps too.
